Fox Owen made her arrival yesterday and it seems the family are pretty happy with the latest addition.

Mark Owen announced the happy news on Take That's Twitter profile, saying: "Mark, Emma, Elwood and Willow are delighted to announce the arrival to the clan of their beautiful new baby girl Fox India Owen."

Fox will be a younger sibling to her big brother Elwood Jack, 3, and sister Willow Rose, 1.

There's set to be a Take That baby boom this year, with Fox being the first of three new arrivals from the band.

And then there's Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda, who are also expecting a little girl in August.

The DoE lost his bet so we went to Downing Street for lunch

The Queen's unofficial Twitter shadow talks about lunch with her former prime ministers at Downing Street.

Sunshine at last. The DoE had a bet with Mr Cameron that it would rain right through to the Olympics and said we would go for lunch at Downing Street if it didn’t. So sadly that’s what we had to do.

Mr Cameron had invited Gordon Brown, Tony Blair and John Major along. Mrs Blair was unfortunately unable to make it due to an on-going knee problem, which makes it virtually impossible for her to curtsey, and also due to not being invited. Mrs Thatcher was also absent, having given up public duties in the mid nineteen-eighties.

Mr Blair was looking ridiculously tanned. It never ceases to amaze one how someone with his popularity (or lack of it) can smile so much. He asked if one had enjoyed his memoirs and one assured him that they’d taken pride of place in the Royal Library (as a doorstop – one didn’t know if they should be filed under humour or fiction).

The DoE asked him how saving the world was coming along; Mr Blair said it was a slow process but he felt he was getting there. Mr Cameron chipped in that it sounded similar to his experience with the Olympics.

It must have been quite a novelty for Mr Cameron, having a lunch guest that hadn’t made a sizable donation to the Conservative Party in order to be there. The DoE asked if Andy Coulson or Rebekah Brooks would be joining us but apparently they were otherwise engaged. The DoE said he thought they might have a chance to dine at one’s pleasure soon.

Lunch was rather good, to be fair, although the first course didn’t arrive – something to do with G4S being responsible for the delivery, one wasn’t really listening to be honest.

Mr Major said it brought back memories of a curry he’d had in the White Drawing Room.

Couldn’t help feel sorry for Mr Brown. He’d hardly had chance to unpack his suitcase, he was here for such a short time. Mr Cameron let him have a sit at the Prime Minister’s desk one last time and there was an awkward moment when he refused to leave (again).

Mr Clegg didn’t join us at lunch but he seemed to be enjoying himself outside in the Downing Street paddling pool. Mr Cameron said he was “keeping him covered in ‘Factor 50’ sunscreen to stop him getting burned, but you just can’t keep him out of the water when it’s sunny”.

Slightly traumatic moment when he dropped his Etch-a-Sketch into the pool, thus practically bringing the Liberal Democrats to a virtual standstill but Mr Blair gave it a shake (the Etch-a-Sketch, not Mr Clegg) and calm was restored. He was back on form in no time and spent the rest of the afternoon squirting Mr Brown through the window with a water pistol.

Just as we were leaving, news came through that François Hollande had arrived safely back in Paris. He’d apparently got the wrong end of the stick on Sunday when he heard that the British were riding triumphantly into the capital and fled to the Switzerland, not realising it was only Bradley Wiggins winning the Tour de France. The French have always been a bit nervous since the end of the 100 years’ war.

Group therapy session over, one issued a quick motivational bollocking for political decisions past, present and future then we jumped in the Bentley and headed back to Buckingham Palace for a G4S (gin, 4 shots) in the garden.

The Jackson family are in turmoil as Michael Jackson's relatives fight over his $500 million (£300 million) estate. The latest development in the drama erupted last night when Janet Jackson appeared to slap Michael's daughter, Paris and called her a 'spoiled little b****'.

22 July Michael Jackson's mum Katherine reported missing
Katherine Jackson who is the legal guardian of Michael's three children was caught in the middle of the argument over the will. Her nephew Trent filed a missing person report claiming he'd not spoken to her in a week. This was supported by a statement from the Jackson matriarch's lawyer who said her client never goes 24 hours without speaking to the children.

Paris confirmed the news on Twitter posting:  "yes , my grandmother is missing . i haven't spoken with her in a week i want her home now .[sic]" She later tweeted her anger and even threaten family members writing: "8 days and counting . something is really off , this isn't like her at all .. i wanna talk directly to my grandmother!!<|3 [sic]" And as another day past, Paris posted: "9 days and counting… so help me god i will make whoever did this pay. [sic]"

24 July Tito Jackson retracts his contest over authenticity of will
Tito Jackson makes a statement expressing his wish to remove his name from proceedings writing: "I completely retract my signature from the July 17th letter sent to the Executors of my brother's Michael's estate and repudiate all the claims made against them. I don't want any part of that letter whatsoever."

24 July Tito's son TJ seeks guardianship of children
TJ Jackson tweets his support to Paris saying: "It's completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you." He then applied for temporary guardianship of Paris Prince Michael and Blanket.

24 July Katherine Jackson found to be safe
The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department confirmed they'd found Katherine and she was in a spa in Arizona with her daughter Rebbie. Jermaine Jackson insisted she was fine explaining through a series of tweets that the missing person report was 'nonsense' and she is resting up following the doctor's advice.

He also said that 82-year-old Katherine did not have access to a phone or computer for her health and that filing such a missing persons report has 'caused unnecessary anxiety with Michael's children.'

24 July Janet Jackson slaps Paris, police called to break up fight
Along with her brothers Randy and Jermaine, Janet tried to removed the children from their home and take them to visit their grandmother. But a argument erupted and footage appeared to show Janet slapping Paris outside of her home and it's thought to have called her a 'spoiled little b****".

The fight then moved inside where RadarOnline report another fight emerged which resulted in Trent Jackson (children's cousin who has taken their side) allegedly punching Jermaine in the mouth and had Randy in a headlock. Police were called but no arrests were made.

Following an evening of fighting Paris then posted: "a lot of ppl have been saying that i "changed i wanna apologize for the attitude... there's just a lot going on... i promise: the ego = gone(: [sic]"

Strike by border staff called off

Border staff have called off strike action on the eve of the Olympics

The threat of travel chaos for overseas visitors to the Olympics has been averted at the last minute when a planned strike by thousands of workers, including immigration officers, was called off.

The Public and Commercial Services union said the Government was planning to recruit 1,100 staff for the Border Agency and passport service in response to complaints that thousands of job cuts were hitting services.

The union said news of 800 new jobs in the Border Agency and 300 in passport offices was revealed to officials during last-ditch talks and was enough to suspend strike action on Thursday, the day before the official opening of the Games.

Immigration Minister Damian Green said no concessions have been made by the Government, adding that he did not recognise the figure of 800 new jobs, maintaining that no new jobs have been advertised since the union threatened to strike.

"Posts are being advertised to fill gaps left by normal staff turnover," he said.

An advert on a civil service website details hundreds of border force vacancies across the country, at salaries ranging from £21,505 to £26,079 outside London and slightly more in the capital and at Gatwick.

PCS leader Mark Serwotka said the new jobs proved the Government made "huge mistakes" in shedding thousands of jobs in recent years.

The Government had been due to seek a High Court injunction in a bid to avert the strike, before the PCS announced the action was not going ahead. The union said the legal challenge was based on a claim that 12 staff in Paris and Brussels were being involved in the dispute when they were not covered by the issues.

Mr Serwotka said: "These new jobs are a welcome step towards a recognition that the Home Office has been cracking under the strain of massive job losses, and that the answer is not more cuts, but more investment. We are pleased that with these new posts and the progress made in talks we are able to avert a strike ahead of the Olympics."

He said ministers and right-wing commentators had subjected union members to an "unprecedented level of vitriol" over the past week. The union said it had been pressing for talks for 18 months over Government plans to cut 8,500 jobs in the Home Office, including thousands in the Border Agency.

The cute display of togetherness comes just days after it was suggested that the Spice Girls have been squabbling about whether or not to agree to their potential Olympics Closing Ceremony performance.

Emma and Geri looked happy and friendly, despite rumours of a rift in Spice camp.Rumours were rife last week that the girls were '95% confirmed' to perform, but Victoria Beckham wasn't exactly keen on the idea.

Apparently, Victoria has told the girls that she'd get up on stage, provided it'll be the last time the Spice Girls performed together.

The singer says: "I love food too much to ever deprive myself and I hate seeing new mums obsess over dieting and exercise after giving birth. It's not the most important thing — especially when you have a baby to take care of."

She continued: " I'm only 22, I've got a good metabolism and I'm eating healthily. I've still got a bit of a mum tum, which I'd like to tone up, and my hips are quite wide, but it doesn't bother me. I like my body. It does the job!"

Finally! Chantelle and Alex name daughter Dolly

There’s no rushing these two! Showbiz couple Chantelle Houghton and Alex Reid have finally decided on a name for their new daughter more than a month after the birth.

Chantelle, who gave birth to her daughter on June 17, revealed in her new! magazine column that she and Alex have settled on the name Dolly.

"It's actually the original name Alex and I liked in the very beginning and we've gone back to it," she wrote.

It's also the name of our favourite cloned sheep and our favourite big-haired country and western singer. She didn't write any of that though...






In fairness, she has stated that she didn't want to rush naming the child and regret her decision. Now the wait is over and we no longer need to keep referring to 'Baby Chantelle and Alex'.

She also used the column to deny rumours that her and Alex were having problems, writing: "I admit we do have issues, but I'm definitely not splitting up with him."

He says: "It was in Marbella the night after she'd done her big dramatic bit about me not getting 'this candy'. I said "will you come back to my hotel room?" I knew she was going to come - she was trying to play it cool."

However, the Backstreet Boys must have done the trick as it seems things are going particularly well in that department, with Arg admitting: "It's the best sex I've ever had."

On Gemma's bod, Arg told says: "I think both me and her would lose ourselves if we lost weight - if she wasn't big bubbly Gemma people wouldn't relate to her as much and I love her as she is. When I lost weight I got all cocky."

Gemma added: "Of course I'd like a miracle pill to make me a size 14 but I'm happy as I am and know it suits me."

And judging by the snap above, Gemma is looking fantastic!

Asked what it was like when Arg saw her naked for the first time. Gemma revealed: "I was self-conscious, even though I can be confident I do get a bit shy in front of him sometimes."

Gemma even goes as far to say that Arg is the perfect man for her!

She told the mag: "He's perfect. We've just got that chemistry. We're like magnets."

But that's exactly what she did as Rihanna and Chris Brown enjoyed a secret liaison aboard a huge yacht this weekend.

The Sun report the former flames met in St Tropez where RiRi has been holidaying with Chris flying by private jet and helicopter, what else?, and hiring his own super yacht to be next to the Bajan beauty.

Rihanna has been chilling out on the French coast. 

A source told the paper: "Chris wanted to see Rihanna. They have this weird addiction to each other and can't seem to stay away.

"She was really happy when he arrived. She spent all evening getting ready to see him.
They waited till night so no one saw them.

"She went to his yacht, which they moved to a secluded bay. They've been through a lot, but still have strong feelings for each other."

Rihanna looks as if she's having plenty of fun in the sun. 

We can imagine trying to get over a girl of Rihanna's caliber must be near impossible so it's not hard to see the reason why he wanted a piece of the party action with her.

The newspaper reports Chris' main motive for the trip was when he heard his arch enemy, Drake joined Rihanna last week and they had some fun in the sun.

Although Chris made it a bit of a boys trip roping in rappers Swizz Beatz and Ludacris for the holiday.

It won't be all work and no play though, the trio plan to film a music video while they're out there too.
