Last night while we were all tucked up in bed dreaming of Robert Pattinson, Hollywood played host to the annual Teen Choice Awards.
That's the awards where you inexplicably win a surf board for your efforts.
Unsurprisingly, Justin Bieber scooped about a million surf boards. OK, four. But still more than everyone else.
Apart from Taylor Swift, who managed to win an impressive five awards. All while looking pretty amazing in this pretty white dress:
The Bieber then showed everyone exactly why he deserves his awards with a fantastic performance of his biggest hits including 'Boyfriend'.
However, the singer also managed to scoop the Male Fashion Icon award. Yes, even in those sunglasses… No comment…
Moving on, did you know that the Twilight films have won a whopping 41 awards since the first awards?
Last night the Ultimate Choice Award, pretty much a knighthood in teen terms, went to the stars of the film.
Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner were all there to collect their accolade.
Disappointingly, neither Channing Tatum or Jonah Hill were around to collect their award for the hilarious 21 Jump Street.
This made us very sad as it meant we couldn't drool over Mr Tatum and had to settle with drooling over R-Patz all night instead. Hard life, eh?
No Doubt were officially back and Gwen Stefani and her bandmates wowed the crowds with a huge performance.
The band are back good and proper and even have a new single out soon called 'Settle'. Eek! Exciting, or what?!
Another winner, Carly Rae Jepson also performed on the night, which meant we still have 'Call me Maybe' stuck in our heads this morning.
The performance was accompanied by videos of celebs and fans singing along, proving that there really isn't a person left who doesn't know the words.
Cat Deeley was on the red carpet flying the flag for us over here in some spectacularly shiny trousers.
At least it wouldn't matter if you forgot your pocket mirror, you could defo check your lippy in those!
Proof that we grow them well this side of the pond, One Direction bagged THREE awards including Choice Best Love Song for 'What Makes You Beautiful'.
Makes you proud to be British, eh?!
Finally, it was Selena Gomez' birthday. Everyone say 'Happy Birthday'! Even better than that - we will say we LOVE your dress!
